Boosting Your Immune Function

Learning Objective

Stress management is important for good immune function. When we're stressed, the immune system's ability to fight off antigens is reduced. The sum of persistent stressors and a weakened immune system means that our illnesses and infections can be more severe, long-lasting, and require serious medical intervention.
