We’ve all heard about work-life balance; however, the reality of our modern work lives and structures can make this concept of balance hard to realize. In this 4-hour course, participants instead discover how to create work-life harmony – where the two are integrated. This is a more realistic approach where participants gain valuable skills and strategies for cultivating increased harmony — with the aim of enhancing overall psychological well-being and how to avoid burnout. |
