The painful health, geopolitical, and natural disaster events of the last few years, as well the injuries and suffering of years past, mean vicarious trauma (VT) exists more than ever before and is manifesting for many both at home and work. 

This webinar will further our understanding of this condition including how we can better help ourselves and one another through these challenging times. Activities throughout the session are designed to personalize the content and guide learners in exploring their own experiences, taking positive steps, and providing their managers with tangible ideas for support. By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

• Explain VT.
• Describe the signs and impacts of VT.
• Discuss the unique risk factors for VT.
• List and employ strategies for alleviating and preventing VT.​​
