Holly Kretschmer, RP, RPC, MPCC
Workplace Consultant & Clinical Counsellor

Holly Kretschmer is a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Professional Counsellor, Master Practitioner Clinical Counsellor and Workplace Consultant with Dr. Joti Samra, R. Psych & Associates/ MyWorkplaceHealth and practices in downtown Vancouver, BC.  She also offers telehealth counselling for clients preferring online services.

 

Holly holds a Psychology degree from York University and holds a regulated licence with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as well as Canadian Professional Counsellors Association in BC. 

Holly’s education and experience is diverse.  In addition to her psychological health background she holds a Diploma in Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto (OISE) as well as Post Degree Certificate in Human Resource Management—Highest Honours and Accounting and Finance Diploma.  Other training certificates include Conflict Resolution and Democratic and Attachment style parenting with Dr. Aletha Solter.

Holly has had a private psychotherapy practice since 2005 as a Trauma Therapist working with adult survivors of emotional abuse (all forms).  Her strengths include compassionately supporting individuals and parents to heal from the root of painful experiences. She feels privileged to build trust and create a safe non-judgemental space to listen and empathize.  Holly has a genuine interest and passion in helping individuals build a stronger sense of self, experience more clarity in their lives and become more resilient toward stress.

Holly offers emotion-focused, mindfulness and attachment based clinical psychotherapy treatments to adults.  She is passionate about the health and wellbeing of individuals as well as psychological health awareness and education in the workplace to increase emotional health and wellbeing for all.
